1. PPP Models

          Vary from short-term simple management contracts (with or without investment requirements) to long-term and very complex BOT form, to divestiture.

These models vary mainly by:

− Ownership of capital assets

− Responsibility for investment

− Assumption of risks, and

− Duration of contract.

The PPP models can be classified into four broad categories in order of generally (but not always) increased involvement and assumption of risks by the private sector. The four broad categorizations of participation are:

− Supply and management contracts

− Turnkey projects

− Lease

− Concessions

− Private ownership of assets.

2. Reading skill

Reading skill

Read performance is improved when:
1. Understanding vocabulary, the use of the word. Proficient in the use of words such as nouns, verbs adverbs prepositions, etc.
2. An understanding of basic sentence structure and grammar correctly.
3. Clearly understood the text, as well as the structure of the article. Know the position of the various sentences that make up a story, which is derived from understanding the meaning of the text. And the ability to follow stories read in the order, to understand the hidden meaning of the text.
            This reading would have to start by reading books with simple sentences and simple vocabulary to understand better before added more difficult words, and complex sentences. If students are unsure of their English language skill, Students may bring books of learning from elementary school and secondary schools to test their reading. If they can read and answer questions correctly, their basic skills should be on a level that is ready to learn basic language set. Because basic English language is for higher education than high school.

3. มี ความเข้าใจเรื่องราวที่อ่านอย่างชัดเจน สามารถเข้าใจโครงสร้างของบทความ รู้ตำแหน่งสำคัญของประโยคต่าง ๆ ที่ประกอบกันขึ้นเป็นเรื่องราว ซึ่งได้มาจากการเข้าใจความหมายตามตัวอักษร และความสามารถที่จะติดตามเรื่องที่อ่านอย่างมีลำดับ สามารถที่จะเข้าใจความหมายที่แฝงอยู่ของข้อความที่อ่าน

ทักษะการอ่านนี้คงต้องเริ่มจากการอ่านหนังสือที่มีรูปประโยคง่าย ๆ และศัพท์ ง่าย ๆ ก่อน เมื่อเข้าใจดีขึ้นก็เพิ่มความยากของศัพท์ให้มากขึ้น และประโยคที่มีโครงสร้างซับซ้อนขึ้น หากนักศึกษาไม่แน่ใจในทักษะภาษาอังกฤษของตนเอง นักศึกษาอาจนำหนังสือประกอบการเรียนตั้งแต่ระดับประถมศึกษา และมัธยมศึกษามาทดสอบการอ่านดู หากสามารถอ่านผ่านมาได้ ตอบคำถามต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างถูกต้อง ทักษะพื้นฐานของนักศึกษาก็ควรจะอยู่ในระดับที่สามารถจะศึกษาชุดวิชาภาษา อังกฤษพื้นฐานได้ เพราะชุดวิชาภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐานเป็นชุดวิชาภาษาอังกฤษระดับอุดมศึกษา ที่มีเนื้อหาในลำดับที่สูงขึ้นจากภาษาอังกฤษระดับมัธยมศึกษานั้นเอง

Writing skill

Writing is a skill that must be thought through several stages of thought, including order the ideas and choose words to convey the wanted topic.
Writing skills are required the understanding of the structure, grammar, vocabulary, expressions, sentence patterns. As well as other skills, students will need to keep practicing and learn to write. In addition, the writing and reading skills are linked. If students have read a lot, they’ll see how to write patterns, concept of communication of the author. This will result in a model for writing for their own.
